Shipping Policy

Every Northern Bytes display is built to order by hand in Minnesota, so there are two parts to the wait: the time it takes me to build your unit, and the time it takes to reach you.

Processing. Orders are typically built and ready to ship within 5 business days. During busier stretches this can run a little longer — if it will, you'll hear from an actual person, not a form letter.

Shipping. I ship within the United States via USPS with tracking. Shipping is free, and your tracking number is emailed the moment your unit ships. Most packages arrive 2–5 business days after they leave the bench.

Where I ship. Currently shipping to the US only. If you're outside that and want a display, email me — we'll figure it out.

If something goes wrong. Each unit is tested on my own bench before it ships, and it's packed to survive the trip. If it arrives damaged or gets lost along the way, email support@northernbytes.shop with your order number and I'll make it right.
